This marketed the landmark for the abolition of segregation in USA.  Two thinkers were dedicated to the achievement of equality and justice for the Americans from the different colors. He believed that the peaceful refusal to obey the unjust laws would lead to the social change. The Two thinkers had experience the demerits of the prejudice, (Burstein, 2010). The segregation in accordance to the race was with regard to the customs and laws for the South and the different parts of USA. He participated in the civil rights party.  The societies were able to accredit him to be the best public speaker to the different members of the society.
The environment of two thinkers led to their cultivation their purpose.    The personal factor that affected Dr. Martin Luther King was his inability to befriend children that were not black. Cornell West expresses the same difficulty through the addressing of the need for synthesis and innovations. This provided the passion for the search and ability to address the segregation demerits when he was elderly. The two thinkers were raised by the family of preachers, (Lynwood, 2009). The increased chances for advocacy and preaching allowed him to build remarkable speeches. The family support from the wife against the racial system increased his ability to defend the rights of other people. The martin Luther King was able to lead a bus boycott for 1955 that had been sparked by Rosa parks, (Burstein, 2010).  The political environment allowed Dr. Martin Luther King to be the leader of the civil rights movement. Cornell west was a social activist in his position. This increased his ability to offer the effective approaches for the management of activities, (Jennifer, 2010).  The presence that he was the leader increased his opportunities to advocate for the different desires that the black people had desired in the assessment of the definite approaches.  These different political, social and personal environmental factors allowed the growth and appreciation of the firm.
Two thinkers tried to solve the racism and equality problems in the following ways. Cornell West addressed the aspect of Racism and equality through the presentation of different literature work and social activism initiatives. Martin Luther idea was the led the bus boycott, in 1955. Dr. Martin Luther King sought to seek the probable ways that can be used in the achievement of equality. Cornell focused on the synthesis of information for the support of the ways to support equality. This led to the placement of attention on the gravity of segregation.  Two thinkers were able to help or assist the southern Christian leadership conferences for 1957, (Burstein, 2010).  The fight against racism had led to the two thinkers head civil rights movements and practice social activism.  Two thinkers fought to obtain the mandatory and equal rights for the voting for leaders. Martin Luther king offered peaceful demonstrations for the provision of the world’s action without the violence that is successful and effective.  The state of USA was able to accomplish the elimination of the segregation with regard to color.
The solutions to the racism were as follows.  The solution requires the provision of the movement activities.  The inspiration of two thinkers was Gandhi through the assessment of the peaceful reconciliation for an inspiration. This meant that the voting rights were to be advocated with the movements, (Lynwood, 2009). The civil rights movement allowed the assessment of the voting rights.  This allowed a reduction of prejudice through the provision of the voting advocacy through the movements. The movements allowed the provision of the lunch counter sit-in. The other solution was the marching of peaceful demonstrations and a bus boycott, (Jennifer, 2010).  These bold steps assured the provisions of equitable development of law requirement and education.  Dr. Martin Luther King was able to gain support from the noble peace prize identification.
In conclusion, the two creative thinkers should have changed their approaches or creative processes.  The peaceful diplomacy presented by the two thinkers should be changed to revolts. The revolts would have helped in the fast changes of the white’s prejudice. The creative process of Cornell West allowed the appreciation of the culture for the open advocacy of the human creativity.  This allowed the provision of the different literature works for the advocacy against segregation.  The second process was the offering of infectious enthusiasm, a wide range of interests and sharp insights.  Martin Luther creative process was through the public speech and within the creative historical fiction. The other process was the use of non-violent conflict resolution.
